Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship from $5.99, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Time
Our products ship from partner warehouses in multiple locations, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
- Items marked Fast US shipping ship from US warehouses and typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Items from international warehouses typically arrive 7–15 business days after shipping.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of customs, weather, holidays or carrier issues. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend ordering early.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Late Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us at raveandthings@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
