Return and Refund Policy
Returns You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email us at raveandthings@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Bikinis, swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie-style pieces
- Ear plugs
- Body glitter, face paint, and other cosmetics
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for the item you want once your return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us with your order number. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it once it arrives.
