Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, items from US warehouses usually arrive in 3–7 business days, and items from international warehouses usually arrive in 7–15 business days. Items marked Fast US shipping ship from the US. These are estimates, so if you need something for an event, order early.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship within the United States.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from different partner warehouses, so items in one order can arrive separately.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships.
My tracking hasn't moved. What do I do?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll help.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, standard shipping starts at $5.99, and the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
I made a mistake in my address. Can I change it?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
Returns and cancellations
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags. Contact us to start a return. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
What can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, bikinis, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie-style pieces, ear plugs, body glitter, face paint and other cosmetics are final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be on its way.
Sizing
How do sizes fit?
Many festival styles run small. Check our Size Guide and the size chart on each product. If you're between sizes, size up.
